Over my years in organizational leadership and through my scholarly studies, I have learned much about the influence organizational leaders have on the business and its outcomes. Moreover, I have seen and explored the various ways that followers connect and disengage with leaders that can have either positive or consequential effects on the organization. Much of my own learning about leadership has helped me to connect with my team, build organizational brands, evolve both personally and professionally, and has further fostered my passion about organizational leadership.
